We are a non-profit offering counseling for parents and kids. We are offer treatment to families in New York City through our office on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. We specialize in helping families treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, stress, and adoption.

Our licensed professionals use evidence-based assessment tools to provide a holistic and personalized treatment plan for you. We are experts in families and can help you resolve the stressful situation you are in so you can get back to the things that are important to you.  

We have received the Human Rights Campaign’s All Children – All Families Seal of Approval for our competency working with LGBTQ adults and children.

ADHD and emotional regulation treatment

We're committed to supporting and advocating for children with ADHD and their families. Our licensed professionals will use evidence based assessment tools, provide parents with behavioral management training, and offer educators child-specific classroom interventions and techniques. We provide a holistic and personalized ADHD treatment plan for your child and maximize its effectiveness by partnering with parents, educators, school psychologists, and school counselors. We'll help your child develop the skills and self-esteem necessary to manage ADHD with little to no medication.

We are here to help you and offer affordable professional service fees. Our counseling services are offered on a sliding scale to adoptees, birth parents, and adoptive parents. We offer financial aid, assist with out-of-network reimbursements, and a following insurance panels*: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna. 

  • Initial phone consultation: FREE

  • Therapy sessions: $150/hour

*Our ability to schedule you with therapists on certain panels is based on their individual availability.
